Revolutionary ‘Recyclable’ Temperature Controlled Food Packaging System

The latest product to hit our line-up, Recycle-Air is part of our Freshpac range and has been designed to offer a 100% recyclable, temperature controlled packaging solution for food shipments.

Recycle-Air may look similar to our Reflective 3D liners, but it works in a different way. Instead of relying on pure emissivity, it has a semi-reflective white LDPE layers on both sides and a ‘DOUBLE’ hit of bubble insulation layers, sandwiched between the outer layers, giving a real emphasis to insulation and cushioning. In this way, it offers the same benefits as the 3D liners, but is also 100% recyclable.

Introduced in August 2018, so far this liner has been a huge success for our customers, with its eco-benefits playing a huge part in the direction our temperature controlled packaging solutions will be going in the future. We are offering a low MOQ for standard sizes and can stack up to 500 liners per pallet.
