Product Showcase – Freshpac Reflective Air Bags

We’ve been longing to reveal these revolutionary air bags, but have only now been able to introduce them now. Nevertheless, we are still the 1st to market with them and they have been extensively tried and tested with a proven track record! Our Reflective Air Bags are suitable for both chilled and frozen products and come in two different sizes; 25 and 45 litres. Not only that, but bespoke sizes are also available when you order more than 5000 bags!

• 2D variations suitable for shipping products that need to maintain the Chilled cold chain over a minimum 24 hour period. These will hold the temperature inside between +2˚c to +8˚c, as tested on a UK based ‘extreme’ peak summer temperature profile, for more than 24 hours and up to 96 hours during a cooler Winter testing profile.
• 3D variations suitable for shipping products that need to maintain the Frozen cold chain over a minimum 24 hour period. These will hold the temperature inside below -15˚c, as tested on a
• UK based ‘extreme’ peak summer temperature profile, for over 24 hours, and a minimum of 48 hours between +2˚c to +8˚c.
• The 2D Reflective Air Bag comes as a “one size fits all” standard size which fits a maximum box size of 390 x 330 x 330mm.
• The 3D version comes as standard to fit our CUIB006 Box (Internal Dims: 400 x 280 x 270) and our CUIB005 Box (Internal Dims: 400 x 270 x 160mm).
• This particular product has been tailored to be suitable for not only the retail sector, but also medical, food, pharmaceutical and logistics sectors
• Can be used in conjunction with our Thermal Pockets to send both frozen and chilled items in one delivery
