Hydropac are now a member of Sedex, the world’s largest collaborative platform for buyers, suppliers and auditors to store, share and report on information quickly and easily.
Sedex is a global non-profit membership organisation which is used by more than 50,000 members in over 150 countries. It is designed to help members manage performance around health and safety, business ethics, the environment and labour rights. It is not a standard setting body (and as such does not approve or certify our policies and standards), but rather enables members to drive continuous improvement across their value chains, by sharing data, standards and certifications to help members make informed business decisions.
Membership is a great step forward for Hydropac, as this further supports our willingness to share information and to use this information to help manage and improve ethical standards within the supply chain.
Those that know Hydropac well will know that we consider collaborative relationships with our customers and suppliers a necessity and being a member of Sedex simply re-affirms that message.
