Recycle-Air takes the principles of Reflective Air Liners to the next level, offering all the same benefits along with 100% recyclability and the added advantage of double cushioning through our innovative “Double Bubble” protective system, which also enhances insulation.
Not only does Recycle-Air save you costs, but it’s also designed to save the environment, containing up to 15% recycled material in its composition.
How Does Recycle-Air Function?
While the 3D Reflective Air System operates based on emissivity – reflecting and deflecting thermal energy with a metallised PE on both sides and a single layer of bubble insulation – the Recycle-Air system takes a different approach. It prioritises recyclable materials, integrating 15% recycled material content. This system features reflective white LDPE layers on both sides and a dual layer of bubble insulation nestled between the outer layers. This design significantly enhances insulation and cushioning. Our new Recycle-Air systems have undergone rigorous testing and validation, aligning with current regulations and your logistical needs. These systems effectively maintain the cold chain for a minimum of 24 hours.

A Range of Sizes
Recycle-Air is available to fit four standard white double-strength box sizes: Box 101, 02, 05 & 06. If you require specific sizes, we can produce bespoke options for a small production run of 2,000 Liners.

Recycle-Air is crafted from 100% recyclable LDPE material, incorporating up to 15% recycled LDPE content. An increasing number of councils are embracing the recycling of clean LDPE material. Most major supermarkets also collect valuable, clean LDPE material in-store, usually near the checkouts.

Coolpack’s products are an indispensable link when it comes to thermal packaging, also known as thermal packaging. Binnen de gevalideerde thermal packaging verpakkingsoplossing worden met name koelelementen gebruikt. Met de juiste buitenverpakking kan voor een lange periode een zeer stabiele temperatuur worden aangehouden, namelijk tot een periode van 120 uur.
Om dit te realiseren kunnen de koelelementen worden gevuld met Phase Change Material (PCM). Door de hoge kwaliteit van deze vulling is het mogelijk stabiele temperaturen te behalen binnen een temperatuurrange van -65 tot +42 graden.
Indien de voorkeur uitgaat naar een flexibeler koelmiddel kunnen onze diepgevroren gelpacks ook worden ingezet om de te verzenden producten op temperatuur te houden. The gel packs can also be filled with PCM to maintain very stable temperatures for a long period.
