From January 2026, we introduce the upgraded HydroFreeze solution. This new formulation marks an important step forward in our cooling technology and replaces HydroFreeze+, offering superior performance, improved sustainability and clearer operational benefits.
The new HydroFreeze remains a water based formulation. It is not a gel and outperforms gel based alternatives while offering a more environmentally considerate profile. Most importantly, it delivers stronger results without requiring customers to overhaul their existing processes.
Hydropac offers every customer a customized solution for chilled and conditioned shipping. For example, we help a customer with limited freezing capacity to deliver gel packs frozen and ready to use, and we can manufacture almost all shapes and sizes of cooling elements. Why We Are Moving Away from HydroFreeze+
Cold chain operations are becoming more demanding. Faster turnaround times, higher performance expectations and the need for environmentally responsible packaging require a coolant that keeps pace. HydroFreeze+ has served customers well, but the new HydroFreeze delivers better results across every performance measure.

- Same phase change temperature of minus 21°C, supporting consistent protection across extended periods
