They are the perfect solution for food retailers wishing to send small or single items through the postal/Courier network, preventing transit damage, water damage and resisting sharp temperature fluctuations, whilst maintaining the cold chain.
Freshpac Thermal Pockets have been uniquely developed, designed and manufactured in the UK, from totally recyclable, food contact safe materials and have been meticulously designed with convenience and practicality in mind. They will maintain the temperature inside the envelope to a refrigerated temperature range of +2˚c to +8˚c for up to 24hrs or select the High Performance Pocket to achieve a more assured duration.
The Freshpac Thermal Pocket comes ready to be packed with your products, There is no assembly required and by simply adding our own unique range of ice packs, seal the large tamper-evident adhesive strip, you are good to go.
Available in three sizes and uniquely, two levels of protection and insulation, to best suit your products and your comfort level.
Customised Packaging
Additionally, you can personalise the pockets by branding with your company logo, change the size and colour, or print process imagery up to 5 colours.

Insulated Thermal Pocket:
Available in small, medium and large, the Insulated Thermal Pocket has been designed to send temperature sensitive items through the postal network system in confidence.
The Insulated pocket contains several layers of food grade recyclable insulation, in addition to benefiting from Hydropac’s unique internal sealing system, offering a completely sealed and unique internal chamber, capable of maintaining the refrigerated temperature range of +2˚c to +8˚c throughout the extremes of summer for up to 24hrs, when used with our Ice Packs.
High Performance Thermal Pocket:
Available in small, medium and large, the High Performance Thermal Pocket has been designed to send temperature sensitive items through the postal network system in confidence.
The High Performance Thermal Pocket contains a superior level of recyclable food grade insulation; 30% above that of the insulated envelope, to maintain the temperature within the refrigerated range of +2˚c to +8˚c for up to 24hrs, when used with our Ice Packs.
All of our Thermal Pockets can be printed and made to a size bespoke to your needs, for a minimum order quantity of 5000 Pockets.
